Staggered Discount Capabilities for specific category

We operate our quarterly/seasonal promotions on a staggered discount based on dollar amount. This is for ONE specific category - and NOT all our items/categories across the board. Ex: Orders $150+ = Free Shipping, Orders $200+ = 5% Discount, Orders $1000+ = 10% Discount, Orders $2000+ = 15% Discount.

    I agree, To have this feature would allow us to grow our average order size or to take advantage of top google rankings for an item.
