  2. Have the webdeveloper of the CPONLIne software make the pages compatible with not only internet Explorer - include other browsers especially ones that many people are using today - google chrome, safari, firefox.

  3. There should be a mobile optimized version of every template and allow managers to customize this template as well. Or, develop an API that can integrate with multiple CMS systems so products can be featured on the main website instead of only on the e-commerce site.

  4. When we make changes to items or add new items we would like to pre-publish our website.

    There should be a button like "View Store" called "Pre-Publish Store" which takes you to an off-line version of your store.

    When you are satisfied the changes are correct you have a 2nd step "Export online".

    The option to post directly on-line should still exist.

In my Yahoo store, when I process an order, there is a Ship Order link that carries over the customer address information and shipping option (Ground, 2nd Day, etc) from the order and steps through entering the package weight and dimensions. The customer is also required to enter a valid shipping address that matches the carrier's address records during checkout.

    The tracking number is generated and attached to the order record after submitting the shipping info.

    A second link from the order page allows you to generate a 3rd party shipping label and print it after submitting the shipping info.

Items Images should be transferred to CPOnline via a Publish code, along with the description and price of the item, Counterpoint sees and knows where the Image is located, we should not have to run a publish code to upload the description and price, and then upload the image seperately, this should all be done at one time in one step

  8. There should be a way to integrate counterpoint online with wordpress so advantages of it's plug ins can be used as well as webhosting and sql synchronization can still be used in counter point online.

  11. I would like to be able to offer a discount on SALE price (promotional price) so for limited time I could offer 20% off current sale price on a range of items that are already on sale. Currently there is no way to offer additional discounts without editing each individual item to reflect the additional discount. For example: Price 1 for a necklace is $100, but it has not sold well and I put it on sale for 20% off Price-1, sale price is now $80. So maybe I want to have a "spring blowout" sale of all discounted items-…

  12. Add the condition: "On regular priced items only" or "on all items" Need to add this as a condition of the promotion for the member pricing. Unable to do this with the current list of conditions.

When a shopper is browsing items in a category , it would be useful to have a next and previous botton on each it page within that category for quick navigation of all items under a certain category , present when a shopper goes into the item detail , they must click at the top to revert back to the category to look at the next item on the page .

  14. Periodically, CPOnline randomly escapes content out of HTML and converts "<" into "<" It also converts ">" into ">" Other things get parsed also, converting "&" into "&" which only quits changing into "&amp;..." when CPOnline runs out of room to store the text we typed.

    Whenever this bug happens it breaks links we typed in "Labels + Text" and breaks some of the features of our site. Please explain why this is happening, or get CPOnline to stop doing it.

  15. This exists in Counterpoint on on the website, why not in CPOnline. Sometimes it's hard to remember the exact item number.

  16. Customers have a quick shop option where they can add 10 item number and quanitity they request and submit it to their shopping cart.

  19. Since it takes so long to update images it would be nice that the confirmation or error message would remain on the screen for us to confirm. This would allow us to do other things while this time consuming process updates.
