  2. We sell certain products that require the customer to select other products to go with it. One example is a tennis racquet. We need to prompt our customer to select a string (from a sku in inventory), a grip (also a sku in inventory) and a few other things. This bundling technique would work great!

    Magento bundles don’t currently work with Counterpoint, so this one is tricky. We know this would be a valuable feature for many merchants, so we’re looking at ways we might be able to make this work.

  3. We get a lot of A/R customers asking to pay their bills online, but we don't currently have any sort of functionality for this. This would of course have to go along with the ability to see in-store purchases when they login to the account so that they are seeing their complete account information.

  5. It would be nice to be able to see what our bandwidth usage is over a period of time. Even if only month by month.

  7. The multi-address shipping option is buried and also not available as a choice on one page checkout. There needs to be more nuance in giving customers the option to choose it, or stay with a simpler format (one page checkout). The only way to access with one page checkout is to stumble into the small text on VIEW CART below PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. And there's a PROCEED TO CHECKOUT higher on page without any reference to multi-checkout.

    Stores with high sku quantities per line, especially, still need the one page checkout unless the CUSTOMER decides to use multi-ship.

  9. Create a search, such as all items with an attribute that equals "skirt" or that has "skirt" in the description. Have this search be the source of the items that appear on a landing page or link from a homepage banner.

  11. When a new order comes in it is listed as "Processing". If you invoice the status is still "Processing". It would be nice to have the status be something like "Invoiced". That way an order could come in and be processing. When you invoice it, the status would then be marked invoiced and finally you ship it and it is marked complete.

  13. We would like customers to enter a promo code in order to get free shipping. The current checkout flow does not allow customers to enter promo codes until after the shipping option has already been chosen. Either change where the promo code in entered during checkout so that customers can enter the promo prior to choosing shipping or allow a promo code to automatically apply free shipping once the code in entered. The automatically applied method would be preferred.

  14. We having a huge problem with URL rewrites to the point that it cripples our web cart. This is in part due to a post import script being run. What happens is that due to our site having millions of rewrites, when there is an update, the site will show all versions of an item and allow purchasing of out-of-stock items.

    The solution if for support staff to "clean' them up. This requires us to be vigilant, and post a support ticket, and then whatever work the support team has to do to clean them up.
