NCR Counterpoint Mobile

How can we improve NCR Counterpoint Mobile?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

  1. CPMobile Selection of the drawers and stations

Please set up a way to allow the mobile units to select drawers, stations, etc. when opening up the work stations for the mobile units. (Similar to the NCR main stations process for activating a drawer) We use our 4 mobile units for 5 different stores at different times.

      • It would be especially useful if when entering items for an order on CPMoible if the user can add item notes.

It would be especially useful when entering items for an order on CPMoible if the user can add item notes. For example if a customer orders a size 10, but will take a substitute for he next size up. Or if they ordered a gallon but would take a quart size instead.
