  1. Managers and Owners are running a flash every hour and tracking sales to understand business patterns. An alert that can be modified to fit the business needs, every hour, every 2 hours would save time running reports and making phone calls to update executives for the days business.

  4. We need an alert that will notify our sales reps when they are listed on a ticket and/or order. Currently we have to remember to go out of POS and into view open orders to email these tickets and orders. This would save us time and we wouldn't have to think about it!

  7. would like to have an alert that notifies of an 'Adjustment', that includes the event number, cost and price of adjustment, either total adjustments for the day, or per adjustment, thanks

The 'Flash Report' should be sent when the settlement and post is done, not when the store closes, based on the time set, some stores stay open till the last person is helped, maybe going beyond the 'store close' time, also, if sent at settlement, will also tell us when till was counted and posted, thanks

  14. Allow the choice of what time frame before/after store hours we want alerts. Sometimes people get in early or stay late to do normal things in the system.

  19. I would love to get alerts if the cash drawer is opened for any reason. Two specific ways that cashiers can open the drawer without doing a no sale are by using the drawer key or by starting to do the end of day process and then cancelling it.
