I need a refund alert. The same as large sale but the opposite, I would like to know wabout a large refund.

Sales by Customer Type
It would be nice to have the ability to choose what customer types sales figures are being reported at end of the day. I would like to eliminate some customer types from the report.

An alert to inform if a PO has been created, and when a receiving has been entered/posted.

Privide users with the ability to select which fields/columns to display in alert.
With having so many retail stores, it's impossible to remember the STORE Number, which displays in the alert.
The STORE Number is in the STORE FIELD column. The alert would provide better information if it showed the actual store name, which is currenty displayed in the DESCRIPTION FIELD.

Detailed Price Override Alert
Currently, this alert reports the user that invoiced the ticket not the actually Manager that authorized the Price Override. Example CASHIER A (no override price access) has MANAGER B (has override price access) override a price and then CASHIER A invoices the ticket, The current alert shows up like this:
"There have been 10 price overrides performed by CASHIER A at the D1 store today."
This is misleading as MANAGER B performed the price override and not CASHIER A.
Also we could use more details about the override:

Emailed the number of walk ins and total customers per day.
Be nice to see the amount of walk ins to see how many customers are being asked for their information.

When emailed for an overide attach the ticket so e can evaluate prior to contacting the sales staff.
Some businesses allow price overrides for price-matching, it would be nice to see the ticket so we can evaluate prior to contacting the sales staff.

Drawer History Alert
Similar to the Flash Report a Drawer History Alert that would show each tender breakdown. This alert could be sent early in the am the next day.

Excessive No Sales Thresh hold
The time buffer should be shortened for to 5 minutes or less in order to notify parties in a more timely manner. I have been told that the current buffer that scans for these changes is 15 minutes. Our stores have a No "No Sale" policy so this button is more or less of an "Emergency Open" button in an event there is a reason a Cashier needs to Open the Drawer for an Emergency, Certain parties will be notified there is an issue at that Register.

Low Sell Thresh hold alert.
There should be an alert designed to trigger when an item is sold for less than a certain amount. For example We have price prompted item at our stores for certain merchandise that varies in value, of these item they should never be sold for less than $0.24. just a thought.

Ticket sale alerts should include what was sold, not just a final sales number.
It would be great to see what products are actually selling. The products are listed on the customer receipt, so I would imagine there is a capability for this to be included in the alert.

On the Hour [or manually set interval] report with the same data as end of day flash. How much business have I done so far today!
Managers and Owners are running a flash every hour and tracking sales to understand business patterns. An alert that can be modified to fit the business needs, every hour, every 2 hours would save time running reports and making phone calls to update executives for the days business.

Notify sales reps when they are listed on a ticket and/or order
We need an alert that will notify our sales reps when they are listed on a ticket and/or order. Currently we have to remember to go out of POS and into view open orders to email these tickets and orders. This would save us time and we wouldn't have to think about it!
