Drawer open alerts
I would love to get alerts if the cash drawer is opened for any reason. Two specific ways that cashiers can open the drawer without doing a no sale are by using the drawer key or by starting to do the end of day process and then cancelling it.

Emailed the number of walk ins and total customers per day.
Be nice to see the amount of walk ins to see how many customers are being asked for their information.

Alert for large deposits
Along the same lines as receiving an alert for a large ticket amount it would be nice to receive an alert for large orders with deposits over a certain amount

New Customer alert

Privide users with the ability to select which fields/columns to display in alert.
With having so many retail stores, it's impossible to remember the STORE Number, which displays in the alert.
The STORE Number is in the STORE FIELD column. The alert would provide better information if it showed the actual store name, which is currenty displayed in the DESCRIPTION FIELD.

When emailed for an overide attach the ticket so e can evaluate prior to contacting the sales staff.
Some businesses allow price overrides for price-matching, it would be nice to see the ticket so we can evaluate prior to contacting the sales staff.
