  1. Along the same lines as receiving an alert for a large ticket amount it would be nice to receive an alert for large orders with deposits over a certain amount

  6. I would love to get alerts if the cash drawer is opened for any reason. Two specific ways that cashiers can open the drawer without doing a no sale are by using the drawer key or by starting to do the end of day process and then cancelling it.

The 'Flash Report' should be sent when the settlement and post is done, not when the store closes, based on the time set, some stores stay open till the last person is helped, maybe going beyond the 'store close' time, also, if sent at settlement, will also tell us when till was counted and posted, thanks

  17. I am only alerted to Orders when they are processed out of the order management que, which converts it to a ticket. However, I would like to be alert when the sales person takes and accepts payment for the order.

    Moreover, my alerts show me who processed the order since I have it set to EmployeeID. I have changed it to SalesRep. Will this show me who took the order or the SalesRep on the customer file? Because it may be different for a repeat customer.

  18. I don't know what the window is - but at 10:58 today eastern time, the drawer was activated, according to drawer management. At 11:30 I received an alert that the store was open but drawer not activated. Just changed yesterday from store open but no one signed in to drawer activated, thinking it would help on the inaccurate alerts - but did not. Seems like if they activate BEFORE open time - it's not recognized. Their first sale was at 11:37, so nothing happened between opening (at 11 am with activation at 10:58) and the first sale at 11:37.
