  1. Store Hours
    Have the ability to set the store hours for a business that is open past midnight but not a 24 hour store. This affects so many of the alerts that we can not currently use, sales or voids done before or after the store closes, end of day reports, drawer not activated etc.

  5. I don't know what the window is - but at 10:58 today eastern time, the drawer was activated, according to drawer management. At 11:30 I received an alert that the store was open but drawer not activated. Just changed yesterday from store open but no one signed in to drawer activated, thinking it would help on the inaccurate alerts - but did not. Seems like if they activate BEFORE open time - it's not recognized. Their first sale was at 11:37, so nothing happened between opening (at 11 am with activation at 10:58) and the first sale at 11:37.   7. I am only alerted to Orders when they are processed out of the order management que, which converts it to a ticket. However, I would like to be alert when the sales person takes and accepts payment for the order.

    Moreover, my alerts show me who processed the order since I have it set to EmployeeID. I have changed it to SalesRep. Will this show me who took the order or the SalesRep on the customer file? Because it may be different for a repeat customer.
