Enter and manage new contacts on the fly
Please give us the ability to add new contacts directly into Customer Connect. This should also provide us the ability to select which segment to associate them with. The import only system is entirely to slow and tedious. Also, if you could speed up the "scrubber"!

Loyalty Points converted
Can you make it so the ##LoyaltyPointsBalance## variable gets converted to dollar amounts? That way our customers know how much they can actually spend.

Recurrence Interval - Last day of the month
There is no setting for setting recurrence interval for the last day of each month. There is only, 31st day, 30th day. However if you select 31st day it will only send on months that have a 31st day. So say you want to send an email to everyone on the last day of the month who made a purchase that same month, you would not be able to do that without a "last day of the month" option

Email Guests who have or have not used coupon sent in a previous email.
Right now if I want to send a follow-up email to Guests who have used coupon, I have to download the wholepurchases list, resort according to who redeemed the coupon and upload another list. I have many lists!! It would be great if we could have a segment that allowed us to email: those who used the coupon to make a purchase; those who made the purchase without using the coupon; or those who didn't do use either option. Thank you!

Improve blackberry/mobile device support
Emails that are sent out do not view well on blackberries because of the email address "CustomerConnect on behalf of so&so @ domain-name.com" - that wraps down to a few lines.

Tracking Number
I would like the functionality to import tracking numbers from my CounterPoint database so I can send a daily "Thank You for your Order & here is your Tracking Number" email.

I'd really like to see more incremental time data- to see timing, customer behavior throughout the 'day' as opposed to just the big timeframe window.

Allow for multiple click thru areas or link within an image. Right now an image is allowed only one.
If I create an image in photoshop with multiple items within the image it would be nice to provide different links for each item. The image would be allowed multiple links.

Ability to select specific email addresses as recipients without any segment criteria.
There is nothing within CounterPoint to distinguish these recipients. Profile codes, ticket history, customer category or loyalty programs do not differentiate these recipients from others in customer database.

Segment by Item Attributes and Profile codes
Item attributes typically store valuable information about items. Brand is frequently stored in these codes. Being able to segment gives the user greater flexibility to mark based on the item attributes. Especially helpful for apparel and VERY helpful for the green industry.

Account setup
We would like to have the primary account available to secondary admins so each administrator gets credit for the work they did via login. This is like how facebook operates. This would decrease confusion on who did what.

Formatting variables
Variables that are pulled from CounterPoint need the capability of being reformatted. For example, if it's a customer profile date field, Counterpoint sends it as year-month-date. Customer Connect should have an option to reformat that piece of data into more user friendly text, such as Month Day, Year, etc.
