  1. Please give us the ability to add new contacts directly into Customer Connect. This should also provide us the ability to select which segment to associate them with. The import only system is entirely to slow and tedious. Also, if you could speed up the "scrubber"!

  5. Can you make it so the ##LoyaltyPointsBalance## variable gets converted to dollar amounts? That way our customers know how much they can actually spend.

  6. There is no setting for setting recurrence interval for the last day of each month. There is only, 31st day, 30th day. However if you select 31st day it will only send on months that have a 31st day. So say you want to send an email to everyone on the last day of the month who made a purchase that same month, you would not be able to do that without a "last day of the month" option

  7. Right now if I want to send a follow-up email to Guests who have used coupon, I have to download the wholepurchases list, resort according to who redeemed the coupon and upload another list. I have many lists!! It would be great if we could have a segment that allowed us to email: those who used the coupon to make a purchase; those who made the purchase without using the coupon; or those who didn't do use either option. Thank you!

  8. I would like the functionality to import tracking numbers from my CounterPoint database so I can send a daily "Thank You for your Order & here is your Tracking Number" email.

  9. Emails that are sent out do not view well on blackberries because of the email address "CustomerConnect on behalf of so&so @ domain-name.com" - that wraps down to a few lines.

  10. There is nothing within CounterPoint to distinguish these recipients. Profile codes, ticket history, customer category or loyalty programs do not differentiate these recipients from others in customer database.

  12. Item attributes typically store valuable information about items. Brand is frequently stored in these codes. Being able to segment gives the user greater flexibility to mark based on the item attributes. Especially helpful for apparel and VERY helpful for the green industry.

  13. We would like to have the primary account available to secondary admins so each administrator gets credit for the work they did via login. This is like how facebook operates. This would decrease confusion on who did what.

  15. If I create an image in photoshop with multiple items within the image it would be nice to provide different links for each item. The image would be allowed multiple links.

  16. On the Dash Board it use to have the number of opens, clicks, purchases etc. over each bar graph. I would like to have them back because I take a screen shot of this and email to the employees to show them how successfull each email is. Better yet would be some reports I could export.

  17. There should be a WYSIWYG editor for user-generated templates. "Paste HTML" is a good option, but under "Edit Content" there should be formatting options, the ability to select (and upload) images, etc.

  18. I am trying to create a list segment for a particular SALES REP (sls_rep), but I couldn't find any way to do that. I want my sales reps to create their own segments and email their own clients. I believe it wouldn't be too difficult to add that, perhaps in the Profile Code.

    If you have additional profile codes available, you can definitely create a profile code for Sales Rep. Though to start using this segment in Customer Connect you will need to populate all customer records with the proper Sales Rep.

    I have opened an enhancement to pull Sales Rep data in the ticket so segments can be created off this data as well (this will be good for those who do not have additional profile codes available). Thank you for your suggestion.

  19. We need to know when our uploaded lists have failed for some reason, so we need to receive a notification or status email for upload failures as well as successful uploads.

  20. Auto post to FB has been working perfectly for months until the end of July when suddenly it failed. Read online instructions stating that disconnecting and reconnecting usually reset. Disconnected and Reconnected fine but now get this msg "NCR Customer Connect does not have access to manage your pages and post to your account. Click 'Continue' to launch Facebook and authorize the application." even though full managerial permissions were given when reconnecting
