  2. If I create an image in photoshop with multiple items within the image it would be nice to provide different links for each item. The image would be allowed multiple links.

  3. Auto post to FB has been working perfectly for months until the end of July when suddenly it failed. Read online instructions stating that disconnecting and reconnecting usually reset. Disconnected and Reconnected fine but now get this msg "NCR Customer Connect does not have access to manage your pages and post to your account. Click 'Continue' to launch Facebook and authorize the application." even though full managerial permissions were given when reconnecting

  5. It does not appear that CustomerConnect includes headers for smartphones to display the HTML email correctly. This would seem like a critical issue to me.

  6. CPOnline should share customer account information with Customer Connect.

    Customer Connect should have templates to promote specific items from CPOnline. The interface would allow you to select an item from CPOnline, the thumbnail and link would automatically be generated.

    You would also need to track how many of those customers that 1) opened the e-mail then 2) purchased the featured items through CPOnline.

  7. This would be great. Some organizations have no need for custom templates. They have website/graphics people in-house. So why no be able to delete something you are never going to use?

  8. I am trying to create a list segment for a particular SALES REP (sls_rep), but I couldn't find any way to do that. I want my sales reps to create their own segments and email their own clients. I believe it wouldn't be too difficult to add that, perhaps in the Profile Code.

    If you have additional profile codes available, you can definitely create a profile code for Sales Rep. Though to start using this segment in Customer Connect you will need to populate all customer records with the proper Sales Rep.

    I have opened an enhancement to pull Sales Rep data in the ticket so segments can be created off this data as well (this will be good for those who do not have additional profile codes available). Thank you for your suggestion.

  9. The ability to upload any size graphic into CC and get the choice of 3 different automatic graphic sizes (as our prior email marketing system could do).

  10. If the contact segments (and quantities) were displayed on the Send tab, as a confirmation, this would prevent me from accidentally sending emails to the wrong segments. Sometimes I hop to the Edit Content tab and forget to select specific segments to receive certain emails before sending out.

  12. Contacts cannot be "moved" from one list to another. If you mark a contact as Deleted, they are completely unavailable.

    Allow delete of contact by specific list and not all lists. Allow movement between lists.

    I do not know the schema for your database(s). Perhaps you can add a view that includes a compound key of email and list name.

    It is particularly harsh that a deleted contact is removed from ALL lists and cannot be added to another list. I assume this is a schema related issue.

  13. We very often include more than one special offer in a single email but Customer Connect only allows us to track redemptions for a single discount code for each email. We would like the ability to enter more than one discount code for each email.

  14. We are contemplating switching from Constant Contact to Customer Connect. The biggest change is the event emails. We host at least 1 event at our store monthly and send email invitations for these events. These emails have a register / decline option so we can plan accordingly. If we switch we will be giving up a vital feature. Please let us know if this feature will be available and if so, when. Thanks.

  16. It would make easier/faster and accurate if there is options to add different packaging at the time of entering receivings instead of setting up each items for different packaging. It does not make sense to create different units if not required. Also, it would be nice to enter total amount and counterpoint calculates the cost for each items (for accuracy).

  17. We want to be able to email particular groups of email addresses. High schools and colleges (containing .edu for example) or even particular colleges (containing harvard.edu, for example).

  18. We would like to have the ability to see all the emails we have scheduled right on the dashboard. Instead of going into each campaign and checking when each email is scheduled, it would allow our employees to log on and see exactly what emails are going out and when! Like a little calendar right on the dashboard.

  19. I want to be able to reach out to customers who have only made a certain number of purchases over a certain period of time. For example, customers who hvae only shopped 1 time in the last 6 months.
