Add segment option for total purchase amount
We need a segment option for total purchase amount. This way, we can trigger a rewards email when a customer spends $xx.xx with us; whether they reach that level in one transaction or 4 transactions.

Provide statistics indicating the type of device on which the email was opened.
I would like to know, like in Google Analytics, on which type of device - PC, tablet, or mobile phone - the email was opened. This is key in following the trend toward mobile and in making design decisions.

Manually set Integration Agent Upload time
We need the ability to manually set the time that the Integration Agent uploads data from CounterPoint to Customer Connect. We have custom profile codes that get updated every day with time specific information that is used to trigger daily appointment confirmation and email reminders.

Unsubscribe from Lists
Right now if a customer unsubscribes, they remove themselves from ALL communications. We want to offer an opportunity to remove themselves from types of campaigns that do not pertain to their interests. For example we are a retail store, we could let customers subscribe to different lists such as Women's, Men's, and/or Kids' and they should be able to unsubscribe to one or more of those campaign categories rather than unsubscribing to all emails. Or if they only want to hear about "Sales" and not about "Product or Brands".

Insert Products in to email
There should be an option to feature products within an email blast. The options should allow for the user to pick one or all of the following to insert: image, item name, brand, price, special price via email promotion. The design layout must look sophisticated. Perhaps a side column option, however as a clothing retailer, we'd like something aesthetically pleasing to feature products in a gift guide or new arrivals within the body of the email.

targeting
Create segments using negatives to exclude certain sets of customers (except, not, etc...) instead of just the positives (AND, OR).
Example 1, we want to send an email to customers who have purchased from a category more than a year ago. We want to be able to choose CATEGORY XYZ EXCEPT THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM CATEGORY XYZ WITHIN ONE YEAR.
Example 2, we want to send an email to ALL CONTACTS EXCEPT THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM CATEGORY XYZ.1 vote -
Background Images - Upload HTML
Currently, I've found no way to add a background image in my custom HTML email that works in MS Outlook 2007. There is a way, but it requires a css style included in the BODY tag, which we don't have access to. When we upload custom HTML, you guys wrap it with the 'view on website' link at the top, and the unsubscribe/address info at the bottom. Is there a way to allow us to upload an entire HTML document, including HEAD and BODY, and you put your includes within the BODY we create? We could include some comments or…

Key Business Indicators & Campaigns History
It would be helpful if you could provide two lines on the performance charts. One for this years performance and another with a different color for last years performance. An option to choose which historical year to view would also be nice so we could see how this year compares with different prior years.

plain text formatting
Would it be possible to have the plain text appear without the spaces at the start to each paragraph? Also, to make sure there are spaces after sentences to cut down on our work here?

Dashboard Campaign graph
In the campaign graph show both the campaign and the email name. If you put multiple emails withing a campaign to help organize them you can't tell with email you are view the results for.

Smartphone headers.
Does CustomerConnect include headers for smartphones? No scaling seems to occur on my BlackBerry Torch.

Business Name
CustomerConnect is currently only using the First Name and Last Name fields from CounterPoint Customer Records. We also need the Name field in CustomerConnect (for our customers who are businesses rather than individuals).

Copy and Paste an e-mail and all e-mail settings.
Give the user the ability to copy and paste an e-mail and all settings. This will allow you to easily assign new segments for the same e-mail. When you assign specific promo codes to a segment, you can better track the results of your campaign. Currently, you need to go through the entire process to create a second e-mail for a second segment.
