Enable viewing the email from the email results page
I would like to be able to look at the email image from the email results page rather than having to open a second window,

Customize Customer Email Sign Up Link
Be able to customize the fields and requirements to opt in to our email database.
Utilizing segment options such as store, product category, province as a specifically described and required field.
As of now there is not only no branding to our email sign up, deterring our customers, but also incomplete data collected.

Print Only the Coupon in the Email
When you use the template editor, there should be a feature in the email sent to bring up a separate tab or window for only the coupon. This way the customer can print just the coupon, instead of the whole email.

Message Composer Using Body Segments
Sections of a message body should be targetable to specific segments. When the user sets up a message, he or she could target everybody with a basic theme that everybody receives, and then add a section that only customers in a specific region see. This would allow something like this:
1.) Message Header/Logo (everybody sees this)
2.) Subject Line (everybody sees this)
3.) Hello Customer Name (everybody sees this)
4.) Basic Message (everybody sees this)
5.) Coupon for Customers from Georgia (targeted to one segment)
6.) Coupon for Customers from Nevada (targeted to a different segment)

Customer Feedback Upon Unsubscribe
Would like to have a way to survey or get some type of feedback from customers who unsubscribe. This would help us to know if we are sending too much or mis-targeted email to our customers.

Upload a document or PDF into the Body
It would be nice to be able to upload a document say a pdf publisher document into the body. We could still have our regular banner at the top then dont have to worry about all the formatting issues that come along with this program. My emails all look normal in preview and in the test then they are formatted and skewed when the group email goes out.

Campaign Step 8: Sales Filter Section select 1 day to attribute sales to.
It would be beneficial to be able to attribute emails to a 1 day sale (flash sales) so we could get a more accurate figure.

This mandatory feature is causing issues with our Customer Rewards Club Communications. We see people signing up for Rewards Club specific emails when they are not members. This is an issue on a couple of different levels:
1) These people may think they have now signed up for a Club membership. They have not because they have not been assigned a Customer Number and do not have a CounterPoint profile.
2) The "Subscribe" form does not allow us to choose what is required information. As of…

Provide statistics indicating the type of device on which the email was opened.
I would like to know, like in Google Analytics, on which type of device - PC, tablet, or mobile phone - the email was opened. This is key in following the trend toward mobile and in making design decisions.

segments
We like to send out coupons based on our customers year-to-date spending. There is no segment for this, only ytd percentile.

Manually set Integration Agent Upload time
We need the ability to manually set the time that the Integration Agent uploads data from CounterPoint to Customer Connect. We have custom profile codes that get updated every day with time specific information that is used to trigger daily appointment confirmation and email reminders.

Automatically sort customers by size purchased
I have a clothing retail outlet, it would be a unique feature if there was an option to sort customers automatically into the size categories so we can target our customer according to the existing inventory levels.

I would like to use CustomerConnect to set up automatic emails to my A/R customers that are past due. Is this possible?

Formatting variables
Variables that are pulled from CounterPoint need the capability of being reformatted. For example, if it's a customer profile date field, Counterpoint sends it as year-month-date. Customer Connect should have an option to reformat that piece of data into more user friendly text, such as Month Day, Year, etc.

customize confirmation pages
The Opt-in confirmation email and the page that directs customers to check their inbox for the confirmation email needs to be customizable. Only very limited editing is available for the opt-in email, but no graphics or font modifications.
The page that they are sent to when hitting the Confirm Subscription button is not editable at all and says "You will soon be receiving newsletters from xyz company". But newsletters is not our focus and we should be able to customize that message.

Unique Coupons for Customers
Would like to create unique Coupons for each customer, like B&N does. CP would have to be modified to track and redeem these unique, customer-specific coupons. This would prevents coupon forwarding via email.
83 votesCustomerConnect plans to implement this feature, but we need CounterPoint to add this functionality first. When CounterPoint can generate unique coupon codes per customer, CustomerConnect will likely add this feature in their next release. As of today, this capability is on the CounterPoint team’s radar but is not on a release schedule.

Add Instagram & Blog icon/address choices in template.
It's great that there are Facebook & Twitter icons to list our addresses, but I'd also like the same for Instagram & our website blog.
