Create segments using negatives to exclude certain sets of customers (except, not, etc...) instead of just the positives (AND, OR).
Example 1, we want to send an email to customers who have purchased from a category more than a year ago. We want to be able to choose CATEGORY XYZ EXCEPT THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM CATEGORY XYZ WITHIN ONE YEAR.
Example 2, we want to send an email to ALL CONTACTS EXCEPT THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM CATEGORY XYZ.1 vote -

For the love of God PLEASE update your help section! I've been looking for days on how to create a freaking a/b campaign. I refuse to believe you don't have that function. what would even be the point?

NCR Customer Connect suddenly doesn't have authority to manage company pages? did something change? can't reconnect
Auto post to FB has been working perfectly for months until the end of July when suddenly it failed. Read online instructions stating that disconnecting and reconnecting usually reset. Disconnected and Reconnected fine but now get this msg "NCR Customer Connect does not have access to manage your pages and post to your account. Click 'Continue' to launch Facebook and authorize the application." even though full managerial permissions were given when reconnecting

Receiving Enter: Option for different package
It would make easier/faster and accurate if there is options to add different packaging at the time of entering receivings instead of setting up each items for different packaging. It does not make sense to create different units if not required. Also, it would be nice to enter total amount and counterpoint calculates the cost for each items (for accuracy).

Calendar of Emails Scheduled on Dashboard
We would like to have the ability to see all the emails we have scheduled right on the dashboard. Instead of going into each campaign and checking when each email is scheduled, it would allow our employees to log on and see exactly what emails are going out and when! Like a little calendar right on the dashboard.

Be able to create a recipient segment based on email address.
We want to be able to email particular groups of email addresses. High schools and colleges (containing .edu for example) or even particular colleges (containing harvard.edu, for example).

Insert Products in to email
There should be an option to feature products within an email blast. The options should allow for the user to pick one or all of the following to insert: image, item name, brand, price, special price via email promotion. The design layout must look sophisticated. Perhaps a side column option, however as a clothing retailer, we'd like something aesthetically pleasing to feature products in a gift guide or new arrivals within the body of the email.

Unsubscribe from Lists
Right now if a customer unsubscribes, they remove themselves from ALL communications. We want to offer an opportunity to remove themselves from types of campaigns that do not pertain to their interests. For example we are a retail store, we could let customers subscribe to different lists such as Women's, Men's, and/or Kids' and they should be able to unsubscribe to one or more of those campaign categories rather than unsubscribing to all emails. Or if they only want to hear about "Sales" and not about "Product or Brands".

Enable viewing the email from the email results page
I would like to be able to look at the email image from the email results page rather than having to open a second window,

Customize Customer Email Sign Up Link
Be able to customize the fields and requirements to opt in to our email database.
Utilizing segment options such as store, product category, province as a specifically described and required field.
As of now there is not only no branding to our email sign up, deterring our customers, but also incomplete data collected.

Message Composer Using Body Segments
Sections of a message body should be targetable to specific segments. When the user sets up a message, he or she could target everybody with a basic theme that everybody receives, and then add a section that only customers in a specific region see. This would allow something like this:
1.) Message Header/Logo (everybody sees this)
2.) Subject Line (everybody sees this)
3.) Hello Customer Name (everybody sees this)
4.) Basic Message (everybody sees this)
5.) Coupon for Customers from Georgia (targeted to one segment)
6.) Coupon for Customers from Nevada (targeted to a different segment)

Customer Feedback Upon Unsubscribe
Would like to have a way to survey or get some type of feedback from customers who unsubscribe. This would help us to know if we are sending too much or mis-targeted email to our customers.

Campaign Step 8: Sales Filter Section select 1 day to attribute sales to.
It would be beneficial to be able to attribute emails to a 1 day sale (flash sales) so we could get a more accurate figure.
