  2. We need to be able to create a segment based on a date range of purchases. For instance, we would like to create a segment of all customers who purchased anything from a particular store from January 2011 through June 2011.

  4. There isn't a preview for the text version of the email. When a test email is sent the text version is often very different than what is in the editor.

  5. We would like to receive an email notifying us when our CounterPoint data stops uploading to CustomerConnect. We do not always log in to CustomerConnect every day because we've got recurring emails set up and they are working just fine - and any other emails we send out are only sent a few times per month. So we don't log in every day.

  6. We would like to be able to use the banner sections you have - great graphics - but would like to be able to put them anywhere we want within the template and not be restricted to having them at the very top.

  9. Please give us the ability to add new contacts directly into Customer Connect. This should also provide us the ability to select which segment to associate them with. The import only system is entirely to slow and tedious. Also, if you could speed up the "scrubber"!

  11. Browsing the uploaded images in your CC account seems a natural to me.

    The existing image box for columns does not alow URL and description tags. This makes them much less useful.

  12. Right now Customer Connect Allows you to upload as many images as you want into the Image Library. However there is no way to organize these images. Having an option to create folders would benefit anyone using the program and would keep everything organized. Otherwise you might be searching 5-10 minutes trying to locate one specific image.

  14. Item attributes typically store valuable information about items. Brand is frequently stored in these codes. Being able to segment gives the user greater flexibility to mark based on the item attributes. Especially helpful for apparel and VERY helpful for the green industry.

  15. Give the user the ability to copy and paste an e-mail and all settings. This will allow you to easily assign new segments for the same e-mail. When you assign specific promo codes to a segment, you can better track the results of your campaign. Currently, you need to go through the entire process to create a second e-mail for a second segment.

  16. It would be nice to be able to upload a document say a pdf publisher document into the body. We could still have our regular banner at the top then dont have to worry about all the formatting issues that come along with this program. My emails all look normal in preview and in the test then they are formatted and skewed when the group email goes out.

  20. We need to be able to create a segment based on the Store a customer has purchased from - not just the store they were assigned to when the customer record was created. We should also be able to combine Store Purchased From with Purchased from Item Category and Ticket Item Number.
