  1. I want to be able to reach out to customers who have only made a certain number of purchases over a certain period of time. For example, customers who hvae only shopped 1 time in the last 6 months.

  2. It's great that there are Facebook & Twitter icons to list our addresses, but I'd also like the same for Instagram & our website blog.

  3. I would like to be able to organize my segments using a folder tree structure. Say I have 40 segments, I could put them in 4 folders, grouping similar segments. It would speed things up quite a bit!

  4. It would be nice if a space could be added to write a note when sending a test email. I send a test of our newsletters to the owner to approve and it would be nice to add a note from time to time.

  5. It would be nice to be able to upload a document say a pdf publisher document into the body. We could still have our regular banner at the top then dont have to worry about all the formatting issues that come along with this program. My emails all look normal in preview and in the test then they are formatted and skewed when the group email goes out.

  7. We need a segment option for total purchase amount. This way, we can trigger a rewards email when a customer spends $xx.xx with us; whether they reach that level in one transaction or 4 transactions.

  9. There isn't a preview for the text version of the email. When a test email is sent the text version is often very different than what is in the editor.

  10. Everytime we send out a new email blast, we use a lot of the same content to promote ongoing promotions. It would be wonderful if I could start with the last email..........and be able to pick a new graphic for the top. I like all the graphic choices you provide and this would be a HUGE time saver. Right now I have to pick a graphic and then cut and paste all the old material I want to include in the new email.

  11. I would like to know, like in Google Analytics, on which type of device - PC, tablet, or mobile phone - the email was opened. This is key in following the trend toward mobile and in making design decisions.

  12. We need to be able to create a segment based on a date range of purchases. For instance, we would like to create a segment of all customers who purchased anything from a particular store from January 2011 through June 2011.

  13. It would be helpful if you could provide two lines on the performance charts. One for this years performance and another with a different color for last years performance. An option to choose which historical year to view would also be nice so we could see how this year compares with different prior years.

  14. Currently, I've found no way to add a background image in my custom HTML email that works in MS Outlook 2007. There is a way, but it requires a css style included in the BODY tag, which we don't have access to. When we upload custom HTML, you guys wrap it with the 'view on website' link at the top, and the unsubscribe/address info at the bottom. Is there a way to allow us to upload an entire HTML document, including HEAD and BODY, and you put your includes within the BODY we create? We could include some comments or…

  15. In the campaign graph show both the campaign and the email name. If you put multiple emails withing a campaign to help organize them you can't tell with email you are view the results for.

  16. Browsing the uploaded images in your CC account seems a natural to me.

    The existing image box for columns does not alow URL and description tags. This makes them much less useful.

  19. We would like to receive an email notifying us when our CounterPoint data stops uploading to CustomerConnect. We do not always log in to CustomerConnect every day because we've got recurring emails set up and they are working just fine - and any other emails we send out are only sent a few times per month. So we don't log in every day.

  20. We need to be able to set top, bottom, and side margins in each section/block in an email. The text now runs up against the sides by default. I've found no way to set margins in the new editor, but can do it by adding the appropriate Style in the appropriate Tag in HTML.
