Ravelry.com is a social media site for knitters and crocheters. It would be helpful if we could invite customers to join us on it, I am sure there must be other sites as well retailers are interested in. Thanks1 vote
You can add other social media links to your email content by uploading an image that represents the social media site you want to add (ex: Ravelry) into CustomerConnect. On the image there’s a place you can add the URL to the social media site so when customers click on the image it takes them to Ravelry.com. You can place it anywhere in your email content, but we suggest you add it near the top portion of the content so customer see it. Thank you.
It takes so long for the first page to load under each tab, and I don't always want that first page anyway. The subcategories for each option: "Dashboard," "Campaigns," "Results," "Manage," and "Help" should be redone so that a user can go straight to what they need faster.1 vote

We need the ability to change the labels for State and Zip Code fields to Province and Postal Code. Canadians do not use State and Zip!1 vote

Add a column that displays total purchases made w/a promo code to Campaign Results. This will allow merchants to immediately see the total amount of sales/purchases associated to promos/coupons.1 vote

Often, our customers change their emails or opt-out when visiting our store. Our clerks update this info in CP, but do not realize this doesn't always update CC. If an email is deleted or modified in CP, it should properly update CC, so we can maintain data integrity.0 votes
If you change a customer’s email address in CP, opt out or opt in a customer this info is updated in CC after the data sync occurs between the 2 products. If you’re having data sync issues, this would explain why CC’s data is outdated. Check the Upload Status on the CC Dashboard for to see if you have a data sync problem and for additional information. If your data syncs are good and you’re still seeing issues, contact support for assistance. Support’s email adderss is email@example.com.
FYI – CC does not remove email addresses that have been deleted in CP. If a user would like to unsubscribe please opt them out instead of deleting the email address.
