Smartphones are not properly supported.
It does not appear that CustomerConnect includes headers for smartphones to display the HTML email correctly. This would seem like a critical issue to me.

Uploaded List Notification
We need to know when our uploaded lists have failed for some reason, so we need to receive a notification or status email for upload failures as well as successful uploads.

Creating segments by Sales Reps
I am trying to create a list segment for a particular SALES REP (sls_rep), but I couldn't find any way to do that. I want my sales reps to create their own segments and email their own clients. I believe it wouldn't be too difficult to add that, perhaps in the Profile Code.
4 votesIf you have additional profile codes available, you can definitely create a profile code for Sales Rep. Though to start using this segment in Customer Connect you will need to populate all customer records with the proper Sales Rep.
I have opened an enhancement to pull Sales Rep data in the ticket so segments can be created off this data as well (this will be good for those who do not have additional profile codes available). Thank you for your suggestion.

Formatting variables
Variables that are pulled from CounterPoint need the capability of being reformatted. For example, if it's a customer profile date field, Counterpoint sends it as year-month-date. Customer Connect should have an option to reformat that piece of data into more user friendly text, such as Month Day, Year, etc.

Be able to create a recipient segment based on email address.
We want to be able to email particular groups of email addresses. High schools and colleges (containing .edu for example) or even particular colleges (containing harvard.edu, for example).

Calendar of Emails Scheduled on Dashboard
We would like to have the ability to see all the emails we have scheduled right on the dashboard. Instead of going into each campaign and checking when each email is scheduled, it would allow our employees to log on and see exactly what emails are going out and when! Like a little calendar right on the dashboard.

Receiving Enter: Option for different package
It would make easier/faster and accurate if there is options to add different packaging at the time of entering receivings instead of setting up each items for different packaging. It does not make sense to create different units if not required. Also, it would be nice to enter total amount and counterpoint calculates the cost for each items (for accuracy).

unsubscribe
We handle our unsubscribes on our website and the data gets pushed back into counterpoint. I would like to be able to modify the unsubscribe link to direct people to our unsubscribe.

Segment: 1 purchase in last 6 months
I want to be able to reach out to customers who have only made a certain number of purchases over a certain period of time. For example, customers who hvae only shopped 1 time in the last 6 months.

Organizing CDN Images
Images should be sorted by default in descending order by date, keeping the newest images on the first page of every folder, and keeping the older images on subsequent pages.

Add Support for Contact movement between lists.
Contacts cannot be "moved" from one list to another. If you mark a contact as Deleted, they are completely unavailable.
Allow delete of contact by specific list and not all lists. Allow movement between lists.
I do not know the schema for your database(s). Perhaps you can add a view that includes a compound key of email and list name.
It is particularly harsh that a deleted contact is removed from ALL lists and cannot be added to another list. I assume this is a schema related issue.

Event Emails: Constant Contact offers event marketing. We use this feature often to schedule, plan and execute events at our store.
We are contemplating switching from Constant Contact to Customer Connect. The biggest change is the event emails. We host at least 1 event at our store monthly and send email invitations for these events. These emails have a register / decline option so we can plan accordingly. If we switch we will be giving up a vital feature. Please let us know if this feature will be available and if so, when. Thanks.
