Side Title Section
Within the 2 column template, it would be nice to have a Side Title section to go along with the side text and side image sections.

New Article Toolbar Image Function - ADD browse to already uploaded images. And add URL link option to existing stand-alone column Image.
Browsing the uploaded images in your CC account seems a natural to me.
The existing image box for columns does not alow URL and description tags. This makes them much less useful.

Template banner sections
We would like to be able to use the banner sections you have - great graphics - but would like to be able to put them anywhere we want within the template and not be restricted to having them at the very top.

Data Uploads
We would like to receive an email notifying us when our CounterPoint data stops uploading to CustomerConnect. We do not always log in to CustomerConnect every day because we've got recurring emails set up and they are working just fine - and any other emails we send out are only sent a few times per month. So we don't log in every day.

It would be nice to have the "Your Logo" template selection as a fixed option on the first page of the template library.

Ability to set margins in sections
We need to be able to set top, bottom, and side margins in each section/block in an email. The text now runs up against the sides by default. I've found no way to set margins in the new editor, but can do it by adding the appropriate Style in the appropriate Tag in HTML.

Add Customer Number to the import spreadsheet
It would be very helpful if a column could be added to the generic format spreadsheet for CP Customer Number!

New segment options: ticket item number DOES NOT contain.
New features to search by customer history are good, but need exclusionary terms as well as inclusionary terms for the contain segment.

Add an "if no variable..." option
I don't have first name information for all my customers. I would like to use the variable field to personalize my emails but I don't want a blank space followed by a comma at the beginning of my emails if I don't have the first name filled in. Can you add the ability to choose what happens if there isn't any information in that field?

Templates are very small for me to view. Also, CC website keeps giving me errors and freezing while I am trying to select templates.
The template screen show very small templates. Also, many templates repeat themselves. A banner selection would be more appropriate. When I am selecting templates the website freezes then gives and error and templates I have chosen are not in My Templates page. Very fustrating.
1 voteThank you for your suggestion, an enhancement has been submitted to better organize these templates.

Heuristic Content Editor Report
Add link to content editor (step 6.) to do a heuristic scan based on a selection of target email clients or client types. Produce a report of issues and suggestions and/or links issues to suggestions. For example, Outlook formatiing, Smartphone headers, etc. Maybe even a fix-it option. Fixing the generated code by hand is very tedious with publish deadlines. There are some engines out there to cobble in now.

Final Recipient Count on SEND (step 8.) page.
Add a display of the number of recipients who will receive the mailing above the SEND button in step 8 to confirm before sending. This avoids missing step 4 (selecting recipients) errors and wasted or incomplete mailings. It is not always obvious if step 4 is a bit more complex.

Remove or make optional the mandatory "Subscribe" button at the bottom of every email.
Remove or make optional the mandatory "Subscribe" button at the bottom of every email.
This mandatory feature is causing issues with our Customer Rewards Club Communications. We see people signing up for Rewards Club specific emails when they are not members. This is an issue on a couple of different levels:
1) These people may think they have now signed up for a Club membership. They have not because they have not been assigned a Customer Number and do not have a CounterPoint profile.
2) The "Subscribe" form does not allow us to choose what is required information. As of…

Campaign Step 8: Sales Filter Section select 1 day to attribute sales to.
It would be beneficial to be able to attribute emails to a 1 day sale (flash sales) so we could get a more accurate figure.

Automatically sort customers by size purchased
I have a clothing retail outlet, it would be a unique feature if there was an option to sort customers automatically into the size categories so we can target our customer according to the existing inventory levels.
1 voteWe are currently planning more advanced data management and segmentation capabilities that will address this.
