    Also, remove Alabama as the default state. The auto-filled 'state' field should be blank so I don't get a bunch of false 'Alabamas' as I do now. I assume this can be completed before having a customizable form. Thanks

    Actually, my marketing service just created a responsively designed an email template for me which I can paste into the html box in CC and it works just fine.

    Or just simply have it automated somewhat so that I can resend the email to non-opens with uploading another list. Also with the ability to make a few changes like the subject.

    This would be useful to target people with a bounce back coupon who have made only one or two purchases in response to a marketing campaign such as Groupon. If they are a repeat customer then I can hold back the coupon but if they have come in just once I can send another enticement.
